Your role in our team
- Operate and monitor advanced automated warehouse systems to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Take ownership for a designated area within the logistics operation.
- Troubleshoot disruptions, support fellow operators, and conduct quality control.
- Perform first-line maintenance to efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment.
- Adjust system parameters for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Work comfortably at heights (e.g., on elevated platforms or mezzanines) as part of system monitoring and maintenance, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.]
- Contribute proactively to process improvements and collaborate with team members.
Ideal candidate profile
- MBO diploma, degree in practical school or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred). However, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for motivated candidates eager to learn and grow.
- Strong team spirit – you enjoy working and growing together with colleagues.
- Technical mindset – interested in warehouse automation and logistics technology.
- Proactive attitude – eager to learn, problem-solve, and take initiative.
