As a Talent & Learning Intern, you will support the design and implementation of innovative initiatives that help improve how we identify, develop, and retain talent. You’ll work closely with the Talent & Learning team to contribute to succession planning, leadership readiness, and the development of Talent & Learning policies and programs that enhance employee performance and help build a strong talent pipeline.
We are looking for someone who can start latest in October and will be enrolled as a working student for the entire duration of the internship (6 months).
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Support Talent & Learning programmes by:
Drafting communications, working with our internal comms team
Drafting materials and guidance for managers and employees.
Working with other teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes for Talent and Learning
Supporting Learning Design processes:
Includes helping with digital learning design, updating and organising materials based on Learning Needs Analysis outcomes, and gathering employee stories to enhance learning narratives.
Enabling Learning Engagement
Covers learning analytics and reporting, coordinating the JET Instructional Design community, and assisting with project management.
What will you bring to the table?
Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
Available for 32-40 hours a week for the entire duration of the internship (6 months) and able to come to the Amsterdam office 2-3 times/week
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office / Google suite (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
Good interpersonal skills. You’re empathetic and connect easily with others
Knowledge of HCM Systems (Workday / SuccessFactors / Oracle) or with learning management systems (LMS/LXP) is a plus
