Team Lead Maintenance (m/f/d)

As Team Lead Maintenance you will functionally lead a team of 10 technicians. With this team together with contractors, you perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a safe way and at the right quality level. With planned maintenance you contribute to an uninterrupted operation and high availability of our factories.
You will be based in our factory in Naarden and reporting directly to the Manager Maintenance and Reliability.
In this challenging position you will:
- Teamlead: You provide important leadership to your team. You ensure good staffing, encourage training, and promote a pleasant working atmosphere
- Collaboration: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks safely and at the right quality level following the scheduled workorders. Implementing and distributing incoming breakdowns. Safely resolving disruptions, and contributing to production progress
- Administrative work: Documenting and communicating performed maintenance tasks and used repair parts and hours in the Maintenance management system (SAP). Helping draft and improve maintenance instructions for installations across the entire site
- Safety: You ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations, such as working permit, lock-out/tag-out procedures and atex regulations
- Continuous improvement: It's in your DNA. You are always looking for ways to make lasting improvements and inspire others to do the same
Your professional profile:
- Education in a technical field (HBO level Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
- At least 4 years experience in a similar role with leadership
- Holder of VCA-VOL certification or willing to get certified
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (VCA, NEN3140, ATEX, HACCP)
- Experienced with communication on multiple levels
- Experience with operational leadership (> 4 years)
- As an advantage experience with SAP and experience in the food and /or chemical sector
- Fluent in English and Dutch
