Your Role
As Team Leader for the Evening Shift, you’ll take full responsibility for:
- Managing a team of 15 motivated colleagues during the afternoon and evening shifts
- Overseeing the production and logistics process with a strong focus on quality
- Leading by example — working hands-on with your team to ensure a smooth operation
- Maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring machines are in top condition
- Ensuring effective handovers between day and evening shifts
- Handling production orders in our ERP system
About you:
- You have a technical background — experience in logistics is a strong advantage
- You’re a people-oriented leader who thrives in a hands-on environment
- You are flexible, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve
- You can independently solve minor issues in the ERP system
- You have strong communication skills and can work well in English
