At TopFresh, you’ll work in a clean production environment with modern machinery, delivering top-quality vegetable products together with your team. For our location in Kraggenburg, we are looking for a Teamleader who takes initiative and leads by example.
What will you be doing?
- Leading a small production team;
- Coordinating logistics and production activities;
- Operating machines and driving a forklift;
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards;
- Supporting and working alongside the production team;
- Communicating with drivers, the technical department, and planners;
- Creating and monitoring daily and weekly schedules.
What do we ask of you?
- Experience in production/logistics and team leadership;
- Valid forklift certificate;
- At least 1 year of forklift experience;
- You speak Dutch, English or both;
- You are hands-on, flexible, and a true team player.
