We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries from customers, partners and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries from customers, partners and internal teams
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to our payment terminals
- Provide clear updates to customers regarding status and resolution for their issues
- Contribute to improving customer service experience and internal support documentation
Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong technical affinity and a solid understanding of ICT (hardware and software)
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal)
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate technical solutions clearly
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
- Knowledge of payment systems and/or markets we operate in
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
- Experience working with resellers or international customers
