About the role:
As our Turndown Attendant, your role involves putting a finishing touch on our hotel rooms for a comfortable and restful evening. Key tasks include turning down beds, drawing curtains, and refreshing towels, ensuring everything meets our high housekeeping standards of cleanliness and presentation. In addition, providing warm, professional service to guests is vital, whether addressing their questions or handling special housekeeping requests. Your attention to detail and friendly attitude contributes significantly to making our guests' stay pleasant and enjoyable. As a Turndown Attendant you work half shifts between 5:30 PM and 9:30 PM.
Housekeeping at the Conservatorium hotel is different from other hotels and you are part of the largest team on property. Together with your passionate colleagues, you will help to keep the hotel in pristine condition. When working in this department, as a Turndown Attendant you work half shifts between 5:30 PM and 9:30 PM.
To be a successful Turndown Attendant candidate, you will have:
- Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a 5-star property;
- Legal permission to work in The Netherlands (permit or EU-passport);
- Speaks and understands English;
- Accommodation in or around Amsterdam;
- A strong sense of responsibility, flexible work ethic, and eye for detail.
