Are you ready to kickstart your career with the leading European market infrastructure? Euronext is seeking a dynamic candidate to join the Quality & Performance management team of the Euronext Market Services department (EMS) from 1st September or 1st October 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity for an initial period of 12 months, based in Amsterdam, reporting to the Head of Quality & Performance Management.
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Quality Management
- Support the management of a proper internal quality control framework within EMS.
- Support the completion and strengthening of the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) for EMS.
- Draft and update procedures if applicable.
- Manage and support general setup of EMS control, Non conformity and any new template to be created within Jira.
- Performance Management
- Each week & month collect data and secure KPI dashboards are generated (on Power BI).
- Perform data analysis and data mining in support of data quality assessments.
- Support the design and creation of KPI dashboards for the teams.
Your profile:
- University degree or master’s degree. Knowledge of financial markets is a plus.
- Ability to work in a virtual team across locations to achieve a common goal
- Ability to own designated tasks/topics and to deliver in timely manner
- Strong verbal communication skills both internally and externally
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong team player
- Profound knowledge, skills and interest of Excel, PowerPoint, Jira and Power BI
- Rigor, curiosity and result oriented proactive attitude

Euronext Market Services (EMS) is the front line for Euronext Cash, Derivatives and Commodities business with three main operational centres in Amsterdam, Milan and Paris to ensure fair and orderly markets for all Cash, Derivatives and Commodities products, including Corporate Actions, Euronext Indices, Euronext Market Data, Member on boarding and the service delivery to clients. EMS staff and managers have access to all relevant EMS Cash and Derivatives business and technical monitoring tools and make use of integrated EMS tools and procedures across the different locations (Amsterdam, Dublin, Milan, Oslo & Paris).
EMS is a preferred entry point for talents willing to work in Euronext or more broadly in the financial markets industry.
This EMS department is organized around 3 main functional departments (Clients Services & Membership, Trading Operations and Issuers Services Operations) and two transversal teams (Quality & Performance Management and Transformation & Projects).

The Quality and Performance Management (QPM) team is based in Amsterdam and Paris. The QPM team is responsible for the management of the EMS Quality framework and the EMS Performance Management. Securing high standard of quality and internal control within EMS by managing and owning the EMS Quality Management Framework (ISO 9001). This includes, the EMS process setup (BPMN), Procedure management, Risk and Control management. The EMS Performance is based on a set of (Power BI) KPI dashboards designed by QPM.
