We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waitress to join our team and provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be polite, attentive, and knowledgeable about our menu and specials. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve orders promptly and correctly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
- Check on guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
- Handle billing and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations
- Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., desserts, drinks)
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous waitress or customer service experience is preferred
- Basic math and POS (Point of Sale) handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and team player
- Good physical condition; able to stand for long periods and carry trays
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €14,50 - €18,00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 32 per week
