Warehouse Operator:
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual sorting and scanning of parcels, ensuring accuracy and timely processing to meet operational deadlines.
- Oversee daily activities in the distribution center, ensuring efficient and smooth execution of tasks.
- Support on-site logistics operations by assisting in organizing transfer batches and optimizing workflow for operational efficiency.
- Aid in identifying and resolving operational issues such as inventory discrepancies or shipment delays to reduce risks and costs.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and external contractors to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.
- 0-2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a logistics or distribution center environment. (Candidates with no prior experience but a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in English is essential; familiarity with Dutch is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work onsite 5 days a week.

Warehouse Management Trainee:
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in training on warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, equipment).
- Support daily team operations (receiving, packing, dispatch).
- Monitor KPIs using Excel or analytics tools and help identify process improvements.
- Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency response.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Manage stress and solve problems in high-pressure situations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and demonstrate leadership potential.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Internship or practical warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong data handling skills (Excel, dashboards, BI tools).
- Basic understanding of warehouse workflows and safety standards.
- Fast learner with adaptability and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in shift rotations.
- Valid visa/residence permit allowing work in the Netherlands (visa sponsorship not provided).
- Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
