Are you ready to take on a key role in the implementation of a new customer within our 62000 m² warehouse with 160 employees? At DSV in Venlo, you will ensure our outbound operations run smoothly as warehouse supervisor. How you do this? As warehouse supervisor outbound, you’ll be instrumental in building a fully automated outbound operation for a leading fashion client. You’ll step into a modern logistics environment where people, processes, and technology come together. No two days are the same – one day you’ll be coaching your team to meet tight cut-off times, the next you’ll be at the table with colleagues to discuss process improvements. You are a visible leader on the floor, easily switching between team leads, departments, and the customer to keep everything on track – or even ahead of schedule.

You’ll be part of a department where innovation and teamwork go hand in hand. What makes this role unique is the combination of a new customer, automation, and the opportunity to help shape a brand-new team. From day one, you’ll be involved, take ownership, and bring your leadership skills to life. You achieve this by:

coaching your team to achieve daily goals and fostering a motivating work environment;
overseeing the entire outbound process – from order picking to shipment;
using KPIs and dashboards to track performance and drive improvements;
actively contributing to the onboarding of our new client and identifying process optimisation opportunities.

You bring

proven experience in logistics or transport with leadership responsibilities – ideally in an automated warehouse;
a strong command of English, both spoken and written;
familiarity with WMS systems, or the eagerness to learn quickly;
flexibility to work in shifts, including varying hours.
