Therefore, we are looking for a talented Account Director who can lead the work of our interesting mix of both local and international clients. You will be working in close cooperation with a Client Partner and will manage an enthusiastic team of Account Managers.

Main responsibilities:
- The senior point of contact for an agency’s clients, the Account Director also co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work
- Responsible for the smooth running of the account -operationally, creatively, financially – and is answerable on these points to the clients and to the Business Leader and CEO
- You have an understanding of the financial forecast /overview of your clients
- You build the respect, loyal commitment and performance of your team members
- Comfortable in growing senior client relationships and business
Skills:
- Fluent in English, both verbal as well as in writing – (knowledge of Dutch is a plus)!
- 5 to 10 years of experience with deep expertise in digital & direct marketing including activations, broad experience in ATL and adaptations of global campaigns
- Structured worker and skillful at project management – expert at defining the scope of a project, delivering on time and on budget
- Proven commercial & strategic business sense
- Strategically smart
- Strong organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Proven experience in managing team members
- Enthusiastic and curious team player
- Good communicator
- Hands-on, flexible and open to work in an agile environment
- You master a range of presentation techniques to inspire the client and sell creative work
- Proven AI affinity
