Function


To achieve growth within the Admin Service team we are looking for you! Administrative support and coordination of various departments including inbound, outbound, and returns is your main task. You have an eye for detail and can work accurately. You, like Bleckmann, want to move forward.

  • Using the warehouse management system, you monitor the daily administration.
  • As a true planner, you are responsible for the progress of the work. You have daily consultations with the warehouse manager for the planning of incoming and outgoing goods flow.
  • The administration of incoming/outgoing goods and customs documentation is part of your duties. You ensure correct processing and recording of delivery data.
  • You are the logistics consultant for our national and international customers but also the internal link between our customers and the various warehouse departments. You go from “another complaint?” to “thanks again for your feedback, we will look for a sustainable solution!”.
  • You make a proactive contribution to our continuous improvement work methodology.

In short, a versatile position with both administrative and communicative tasks.


Profile


We do not use clichés such as “commercial, stress resistant and administrative jack-of-all-trades”. We are looking for a born helper who knows how to tackle any task.

  • Dutch and English language.
  • MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • MBO (plus) / HBO work and thinking level
  • Experience in logistics is not required but it is a plus!
  • A sense of humor and perseverance
