Admin Support IT
Based at our Rotterdam headquarters, we are looking for a new colleague to support the Infrastructure and Applications team with various administrative tasks. At Wilmar, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, where you'll have the opportunity be part of a dynamic team at an international office.
Main responsibilities:
- Administer Jira tickets for the Application and Infra team in a timely manner
- Keep in touch with the overseas IT colleagues (based in Asia)
- Communicate to users effectively, messaging needs to be clear and concise
- Monitor the workflow and escalate when necessary
- When applicable give first line support, f.i. SAP/AD account related, access to software
- Administrative support:
- Create hard- & software purchase orders
- SharePoint & Viva Engage content creation
- Create reports
- Invoice checks
- SAP-account checks
- Check department time sheets
We are looking for a candidate with:
- MBO level with an affinity for IT
- Speaking/reading/writing fluent English, Dutch is advantageous
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Jira software or other ticketing system is a plus
