Your New Job | About Your Key Responsibilities

As an AI intern, you are part of the EY wavespace / EY.ai Lab team and support various service line teams in growing the adoption of AI and demonstrating through proof-of-concepts the value of AI.

What will you do? In what role?

• You will report to the EY.ai Lab lead and to support the preparation and facilitation of internal and external (client) AI workshops. You will as well, support the AI delivery engineering team on technical developments to build light Gen & Agentic AI PoC’s to prove the value of AI. You as well, work together with the EY.ai technical & functional leads in gathering stakeholder requirements and facilitate end to end use case design sessions.

• The overall goal is to apply your knowledge of AI to technical builds and have the capacity to teach and mentor our internal colleagues on how AI can be applied to their professional line of work.
• Furthermore, you will assist in preparing and facilitating both internal and client-facing AI workshops, supporting knowledge sharing and adoption of AI technologies.
• Contribute to the development of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, working with the engineering team to build AI-driven solutions that demonstrate tangible business value.
• Collaborate with technical and functional leads to gather requirements and participate in the design and implementation of end-to-end AI use cases within the organization.

Your New Team | About Your Colleagues and the Office

The team consists of experience designers and AI engineers who work daily on building different AI POCs, either in collaboration with our clients or presenting them to our clients. You will become a part of the consulting AI lab and EY wavespace team. You work directly with colleagues from different departments and diverse levels. There is a high learning culture, and everyone is personally responsible for contributing to their own and the team's development.

Our Amsterdam office is located at the Zuidas: a bustling area full of companies. In our Cross Towers, we welcome up to 1,500 people every day. For a breathtaking view of the city, head to the 22nd floor.
