The Role:
Dieseko drives its international sales through a strong global network, both directly and via trusted partners. In addition to equipment sales, we operate a substantial rental fleet worldwide that plays a key role in our commercial success. Aftersales is an essential pillar of our business, with services such as maintenance, repair, and spare parts logistics ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support.
As a Sales Manager for the European region, you will serve as a key ambassador of our portfolio, representing the Dieseko, Woltman, PVE, and ICE brands. You’ll work closely with dealers in established markets and take direct commercial responsibility where no local representation exists. You’ll back your strategic decisions with in-depth market analysis and contribute to long-term regional growth.
We are looking for an experienced, independent, and results-driven International Sales Manager with a strong commercial background in the European market and experience in heavy machinery or foundation equipment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Proactively visiting current and potential customers, dealers, geo-consultants, and suppliers across Europe
- Representing Dieseko Group at national and international trade fairs and events
- Delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients and partners, in collaboration with our marketing team
- Continuously monitoring and analyzing market developments, competitor activities, and industry trends in your territory
- Identifying and responding to emerging opportunities and shifting customer needs
- Evaluating Dieseko’s market share and business potential within your region
- Preparing and delivering tailored quotations in line with our commercial and delivery conditions
What you bring:
- A completed degree (MBO/HBO level) in a technical or commercial field
- Proven sales experience in capital equipment, preferably within the foundation or heavy machinery industry
- A solid track record of driving commercial success in European markets
- A passion for ambitious growth targets and international business development
- Strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
