You will primarily be involved in the Group’s investment activities across logistics assets, including asset acquisitions, development projects as well as M&A. A strong analytical mindset is essential, as you will be responsible for conducting and supporting the preparation of investment committee papers, management reports, and board materials, while conducting detailed financial analysis and structuring of deals.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft investment committee papers to present investment opportunities to the board and investment committee.
- Preparation of management reports and board materials for presentation to the board and investment committee.
- Involve in developing business strategies, as well as pursuing and evaluating business opportunities locally and overseas.
- Pursuing potential investments, asset and company acquisitions in Europe.
- Support in structuring and negotiating the closure of these investment deals.
- Drives growth of the real estate portfolio and supports the origination of new investments and business opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end investment transactions including origination, research, deal evaluation and structuring and financial analysis including financial modelling.
- Perform in-depth analyses on market, industry, competitor, business model and financial metrics.
- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, Finance or any related discipline.
- At least 5 - 8 years’ relevant working experience in Netherlands, Europe and / or regional real estate investments.
- Resourceful, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling are essential.
- Good financial product knowledge, business development and / or development management experience and experience in industrial properties investment is an advantage.
- Good teamwork, strong initiative, good business and financial acumen, and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player, possess a high level of initiative, hands-on, resourceful, eye for detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment without a strict 9 to 5 mentality.
- Excellent command of written English is essential, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-structured reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong English communication skills are required, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate within a dynamic, international team and to liaise professionally with Headquarters in Singapore.
