In order to support our further growth, we are currently recruiting for a BDR North America based in our Utrecht office.
The opportunity in short
We’re looking for ambitious Business Development Representatives to give the mission of finding and qualifying prospects for our market-leading SaaS solution and help open doors at some of the biggest enterprises in North America.

What You’ll Be Doing
Driving outbound prospecting exclusively for the North American market.
Overlapping with NA hours 3x/week (11:00–20:00 CET), during your first months at least.
Leveraging AI tools to maximize your output and efficiency.
Partnering with Account Executives to design and execute creative outreach strategies.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
We’re looking for BDRs who check most of these boxes:
Proven experience in fully outbound-focused prospecting.
AI-first mindset: you’ve already used AI to boost productivity.
You’re target-driven—hitting goals is non-negotiable for you.
Previous experience selling into IT/Engineering ICPs.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in digital transformation or enterprise architecture.
A track record of onboarding or mentoring other BDRs.
