The Brand Partnerships Manager team's strategic mission is two fold: first, to establish and cultivate robust, long-term client and agency partnerships, and second, to drive growth through new business acquisition and cross-upselling opportunities. This is achieved by delivering cutting-edge campaign advice that effectively addresses the unique challenges of direct clients and agencies. The Brand Partnerships Manager team are equipped with an in-depth understanding of TikTok's advertising product suite and are characterized by their strategic acumen, adaptability, and willingness to embrace change. As a Brand Partnerships Manager you'll collaborate with a group of cross functional experts and client solutions managers and together, you take a proactive approach to not only secure new business but also to maximize client value through upselling, renewals, and reactivation of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the business within Benelux
- Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok
- Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions
- Help deepen penetration within brands
- Consistently achieve sales targets
- Be instrumental in the external narrative of TikTok in the market
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Analyse campaign performance to constantly give feedback on optimised media solutions
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset
