We are expanding our Business Analyst team to strengthen our early-stage customer engagement, supporting both our sales and product teams in shaping the future of GRC delivery.
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst – GRC Solutions, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers in early engagement stages. You will:
Conduct discovery and requirement workshops during sales cycles.
Translate business requirements into implementation recommendations, solution configurations, or design documentation.
Guide prospects toward the most suitable delivery model – whether adopting out-of-the-box solutions or pursuing a tailored, bespoke implementation.
Partner with the Global Centre of Excellence and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
Provide continuous feedback to the Product Management team, influencing solution enhancements and roadmap priorities.
This role bridges consulting, pre-sales, and product enablement, requiring both business acumen and technical affinity.
Travel Requirements
Primary focus is on the local market, but international travel may be required for strategic projects and workshops.
Estimated travel: up to 25%.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Engagement
Lead early-stage business workshops with prospects to capture pain points, objectives, and requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to guide customers toward the optimal adoption strategy.
Present solution capabilities and discuss delivery models, aligning with customer budget and requirements.
Guide prospects in identifying, quantifying, and articulating the business value our solution can deliver — linking desired outcomes to measurable benefits such as efficiency gains, compliance assurance, risk reduction, or performance improvements.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Translate captured requirements into actionable solution configurations and design documentation.
Differentiate between out-of-the-box adoption and bespoke implementations, steering customers towards sustainable solutions.
Collaborate with the Global Centre of Excellence to validate configurations and support customer onboarding.
Product Collaboration
Provide structured feedback to the Product Management team on market needs, enhancement requests, and customer pain points.
Contribute to product roadmap discussions by identifying trends from pre-sales engagements.
Delivery Enablement
Support smooth handover to delivery teams with clear documentation and solution design packages.
Participate in customer validation workshops to ensure alignment before implementation begins.
Experience
Required
5–10 years of experience in GRC consulting, risk management, compliance, or internal audit, ideally from Big Four or advisory firms.
Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
Technical affinity for GRC platforms, SaaS, or enterprise software implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English; in the Netherlands, fluency in the local language is mandatory.
Preferred
Experience in sales or early-stage solution consulting.
Exposure to enterprise SaaS implementations and configuration-driven platforms.
Knowledge of ISO, NIST, SOX, GDPR, ESG, or financial services regulations.
