What is your role?
As a Business Application Specialist, you play a crucial role in the entire life cycle of our D365 Customer Engagement (CE) environment and other business applications. You are passionate about continuously improving Priva's solutions. Your role includes examining business and system needs, mapping processes, performing fit-gap analyses, creating solutions and producing comprehensive documentation. You will advise internal customers on opportunities and developments within your area, staying updated on changes in processes, software, technology, and organizational needs. You will be part of the Business Applications team within the IT department, reporting to the IT Business Application Manager.
How do you do this?
Perform and coordinate functional application management activities for D365 CE and other business applications.
Support the prioritization of functional implementations and conduct risk and impact analyses.
Provide high-quality business and functional advice and support to the business.
Use your interpersonal skills to connect with the business, handling stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success and system change compliance.
Conduct functional workshops for (key) users and User trainings.
Collaborate closely with functional and technical teams to implement suitable system modifications and improvements, working with vendors and partners.
Participate in various IT department projects, acting as project leader for specific D365 CE projects and other business application projects.
Work in a DevOps way, ensuring continuous integration and continuous deployment, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.
Requirements
Your profile
You are a talented professional with 3 years of hands-on experience in D365 CE. You have a proven track record of successfully implementing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM online/enterprise solutions.
Your expertise spans the entire project lifecycle, with exceptional strengths in analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping. Your interpersonal skills are top-notch, enabling you to excel in stakeholder management.
You are results-oriented and excel in challenging environments, always pushing for excellence in a constructive manner. Your ambition, drive, and enthusiasm shine through in everything you do. As a supportive team player, you’re always ready to help your colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:
HBO working and thinking level.
3 to 5 years working experience in a relevant field.
Extensive knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement (CE)
Relevant knowledge of Microsoft Services, preferably including Dynamics 365 F&O.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service is preferred.
Understanding of and experience with DevOps, PowerApps and MS Azure is preferred.
Proficiency in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
