What You’ll Do
- Prepare and present high-quality fresh Italian dishes with creativity and precision
- Manage your section, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency and quality
- Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure a clean, safe working environment
- Stay calm and focused during busy shifts, especially on weekends and holidays
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally in an Italian or high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, both traditional and modern
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in Italian (English at a conversational level or Dutch a plus)
- HACCP certified or familiar with kitchen safety standards
- Passionate about food, dedicated to quality, and a strong team player
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
