Gamdom is hiring a Content Coordinator to support and scale our growing content function across two verticals: casino and sports. This is a hybrid role that blends project management, editorial support, and strategic coordination.
You’ll be the operational backbone of the team, managing a fast-moving content calendar, ensuring briefs are delivered clearly and on time, and reviewing the output of our writers to maintain high editorial standards across the board.
This isn’t a passive, behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be hands-on with Jira boards, campaign requests, SEO briefs, localization workflows, and more, acting as the go-to liaison between content, marketing, SEO, CRM, DevOps, and localization teams.Key Responsibilities
Content Workflow Management
- Maintain and continuously update the global content calendar across casino and sports brands
- Receive and exact content briefs from internal teams (SEO, CRM, marketing, etc.)
- Create, track, and assign tickets on the Jira content board, ensuring smooth task flow
- Manage handoffs to the DevOps board for static page uploads and campaign go-lives
- Ensure key stakeholders are looped in across all active projects
Editorial Oversight
- Edit and proofread short-form and long-form content from in-house writers
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to ensure tone, style, and accuracy
- Maintain consistent voice and messaging across blog posts, static pages, campaign copy, and localized content
- Own the final QA check before publishing or translation
SEO & Content Ideation
- Collaborate with the SEO Manager to receive and action detailed briefs
- Contribute to topic generation and keyword-aligned content planning
- Monitor existing content for performance gaps and update opportunities
Localization Coordination
- Oversee translation workflows for 11+ languages across core content types
- Liaise with translation partners and localization managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Ensure translated content maintains strategic intent and editorial quality
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in content coordination, editorial support, or content ops
- Strong background in editing, proofreading, and quality assurance for digital content
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword-driven content production
- Proficient with Jira, Google Workspace, and other task/project management tools
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
