As Customer Implementation Manager Fulfilment for Spring Europe, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of new Fulfilment customers, balancing customer demands with functional solutions and driving the success of our emerging Spring Fulfilment product.
You will:
Lead the End-to-End setup process for new fulfillment clients, ensuring clear understanding and implementation of their requirements, monitoring go-live performance, and executing a smooth handover to the operational team(s).
Meet with customers and serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, addressing concerns and aligning services with customer expectations.
Plan and manage timelines, coordinate internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of customer implementation project.
Own the customer onboarding process, ensuring all changes are clearly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
Identify and communicate improvements to the fulfilment process within a multifunctional team, prioritizing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Work closely with sales, IT, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement.
You will be part of a complex stakeholder network across Europe, North America, and Asia and work closely with both internal teams and external partners.

Wat breng jij mee?
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a logistics environment
- Commercial experience to help shape customised logistical solutions
- A strong understanding of the logistics industry, trends and systems
- Customer facing experience
- Interest in operational, IT and logistics processes
- Excellent written and spoken English, and preferably another language
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills at all levels
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to translate needs into practical solutions
- Flexibility, problem-solving attitude, and ability to connect across teams
