Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level in the exciting world of motorized sports? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who goes the extra mile – not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations.
You’ll join a close-knit team of 6 (3 Regional Sales Managers, 2 CSRs, and 1 Team Lead), and collaborate with departments like Business Support, Operations, Logistics, and Management.
What You'll Do
✔️Provide accurate and timely quotations for Regional Sales Managers across EMEA.
✔️Process customer orders using Salesforce Cloud CRM and Exact Globe ERP.
✔️ Follow up on logistics and shipping to ensure smooth order delivery.
✔️ Answer customer inquiries by phone and email, offering product-related support.
✔️ Manage price updates and customer data in CRM systems.
✔️ Support the sales team with reporting and operational analysis.
✔️ Share responsibility for incoming phone inquiries at the Haarlem office.
What You Bring
Higher vocational education (HBO) or equivalent level.
2+ years of experience in a customer service role within an international environment.
️ Strong English communication skills (other languages and/or Dutch are a plus).
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset – you enjoy helping customers.
️ Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is highly valued.
This is a Sales Support role – you won’t need to handle complex technical issues.
Living within 30 km of Haarlem and having a valid driver's license is strongly preferred.
A passion for motorsports or technology? Nice to have – not required.
A team player who enjoys a friendly, informal work environment (and the occasional team event).
