Location: Wateringen, Pays-Bas
Customer Service: From our Wateringen office, you will handle a wide range of customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Fluency in Dutch is essential for communicating and dealing with our Dutch clients.
Additionally, fluency in English is essential for communicating with the rest of the team and other clients in Europe.
Order Processing:You will carefully process customer orders, returns, and credit notes, ensuring customer satisfaction without compromising our general terms and conditions of sales.Client Account
Administration: Creating and updating client accounts will be part of your responsibilities, and you will address any challenges that may arise.Client Onboarding: You will lead the client onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for the client.
