JOB MISSION:
As the Digital IT Systems Analyst, EMEA you will collaborate directly with all EMEA Direct-to-Consumer functions, including Ecommerce Operations, Retail Operations, Marketplace Operations, IT, Logistics, and Customer Solutions. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations, delivering projects, and participating in testing activities.
This role is perfect for someone with deep technical capability, excellent problem-solving skills, solid eye for business, and an eagerness to learn and grow. You'll be instrumental in bridging business and IT, fostering seamless integration and collaboration across all functions. Occasionally travel across Europe is required within this role.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of business data flows and processes across the entire end-to-end system landscape
- Monitor IT process flows daily and provide necessary support (20% of the time)
- Maintain strong relationships with regional and global DTC stakeholders
- Take ownership of digital processes, projects, issues, etc. and drive to solutions
- Contribute to system-wide testing efforts, ensuring alignment across the technology landscape
- Champion continuous process improvement by identifying solution gaps and implementing enhancements
- Align with business user community and IT team
- Bridge business operations with technique
- Document and maintain requirements for supported systems effectively
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Full OTC (Order to Cash) lifecycle understanding
- Full software development lifecycle understanding
- Hands-on experience with ERP and ERP integrations
- Solid understanding of an eCommerce IT landscape
- Proficient in Excel
- Skilled in SQL
- Great stakeholder management skills, internal and external (e.g. vendors)
- Knowledge of API concepts, JSON files, and tools like Postman
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar tools
- Knowledge of Rithum and/or Cymbio integrations are a plus
- Querying MongoDB (a plus)
- iSeries knowledge, including Aurora, iSeries Query, and database tools like DBU (a plus)
- Ability to use IBM MQ (a plus)
- Excellent analytical skills
- SQL Server Management Studio knowledge
