Are you passionate about people, sales and petrol? Can you make the difference as our new Sales Manager Motorized?
You’ll join a close-knit team of 6 (3 Regional Sales Managers, 2 CSRs, 1 Team Lead), and collaborate with departments like Business Support, Operations, Logistics, and Management.
What You'll Do
✔️Generate new business and maintain growth with existing clients with your team by being an inspiring leader, coach and advisor for your multicultural team
✔️Ensure Salesforce Cloud CRM is effectively used for accurate forecasting and business trend analysis
✔️Follow through new business opportunities where required, be hands-on if needed
✔️You report directly to the Global Commercial Director Motorsports, which means: short lines, quick decisions and strategic impact
What You Bring
Higher vocational education (HBO) or equivalent level
2+ years of experience as Teamlead/Manager an international environment
️ Strong English communication skills (other languages and/or Dutch are a plus)
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset – you enjoy helping customers.
️ Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems is highly valued.
Living within 30 km of Haarlem and having a valid driver's license is strongly preferred
A passion for motorsports is mandatory
A team player who enjoys a friendly, informal work environment (and the occasional team event)
Ability to travel all across the EMEA region
