Key Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End Solution Development
- Drive integrated logistics solutions across countries and products
- Lead virtual, cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact services
- Define service scope, resource models, financial frameworks, and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations for seamless execution
- Enable commercial teams with compelling value propositions
- Track and report impact on revenue and customer experience
Steer Strategic Growth Initiatives
- Own key initiatives under the grow transformation program
- Translate global strategy into actionable cluster-level priorities
- Monitor and report performance metrics to senior leadership
- Mentor Port CEOs, Contract Logistics, and Freight leaders on business development
Foster Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Identify synergies across markets and regions
- Shape integrated value propositions leveraging DP World’s global scale
- Track effectiveness of collaboration through defined metrics.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategy, product development, or business development in logistics
- Deep understanding of logistics market dynamics and execution
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strategic execution capabilities
- Experience influencing C-level executives
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Collaborative, resilient, and inclusive leadership style
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel 20–40% across the region
