The Opportunity

As an E-commerce Merchandise Intern in the Commercial department at Body&Fit, you will be at the forefront of the company's online business operations. The Commercial department is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, sales, and revenue generation for the e-commerce platform. Your role within this department will focus on enhancing the customer experience, identifying conversion opportunity, and optimizing processes to contribute to the brand's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign swaps: Support the weekly on-site content changes while implementing the CRO guidelines and strategy.
• Product setups: Manage the process to get new developed products on-site by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders.
• Conversion optimisations: Action daily initiatives to enhance the customer journey by increasing click-through rate and sales.
• Projects: Drive projects to accelerate main KPI’s such as conversion and increase average order value.
• Platforms: Support operational tasks via Shopify, CMS, SAP, etc.
• Merchandise mailbox: Support ad-hoc requests coming from different departments.

Qualifications

• Passion for E-commerce and Fitness: The ideal candidate should be passionate about the e-commerce industry and have a strong interest in the fitness and sports nutrition space.
• Business and/or Economics Background: A background in business and/or economics is preferred, providing a solid foundation for understanding the intricacies of online retail and business operations.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure the website's visual appeal and accuracy of product information.
• Innovative Thinker: Bring fresh and creative ideas to the team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with various teams.
• Team Player: Be eager to work collaboratively with diverse team members and demonstrate a willingness to contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
