Skills and experiences
- Extensive experience in ERP solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and how to optimize them using digital tools and AI.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, Power Platform, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Avanade tools and delivery methodologies is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and lead diverse teams.
- Proven track record in managing complex ERP implementations from design through to go-live and support.

What you'll do
- Architect and lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions, tailored to complex enterprise needs.
- Define the functional architecture and ensure it aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, technical architects, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants, both onshore and offshore, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.
- Support presales efforts , including solution design, effort estimation, staffing models, and delivery planning using Avanade methodologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and providing strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring Microsoft’s latest innovations, including AI and automation in supply chain processes.
