Job Description
The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end supply process from manufacturing sites (Business Units) to final customers. This position is responsible for overseeing product availability, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring accurate documentation from production to delivery. In close collaboration with the Account Manager and the Customer Experience team, the Supply Chain Coordinator also helps nurture client relationships, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for customers throughout the supply journey. This role demands precision, proactive communication, and a service-oriented mindset to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the full supply chain process from manufacturing sites to customers, ensuring product availability, accurate order processing, and timely delivery.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and collaborating with account managers and the customer experience team to strengthen relationships.
- Oversee inventory control, stock allocation, and timely problem-solving in coordination with forecasting and supply chain teams.
- Manage administrative tasks including sales order entry, price verification, supply scheduling, and preparation of all required financial and logistics documentation.
- Arrange physical distribution, handle customs formalities, and verify invoices and expenses from logistics service providers.
- Support colleagues and contribute to departmental projects while continuously improving processes and service quality.
- Maintain transparency and ensure all operations comply with GDP and organizational standards.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate remains composed under pressure and brings energy to cross-cultural collaboration and shared understanding. See below some qualifications we would be looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Chemistry, Sciences or similar (MBA is an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum of a few years of Supply Chain Management experience in a highly regulated industry, or logistics/transportation. Order processing experience is required.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical/chemical supply chains and manufacturing environments will be considered as a plus.
- Functional Skills:
- Flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs and environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the capability to influence stakeholders and work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment
- Language Requirements: fluent in English, both written and spoken, Dutch is an advantage but not mandatory.
