Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional with leadership skills and a passion for optimization and collaboration? Then we would love to meet you!
What will you do?
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Supply Chain team on our location in Nieuw-Vennep (NL). You ensure smooth operations across all logistics, planning and data management processes and maintain close collaboration with other locations and departments.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination & Collaboration
- Lead and organize the Supply Chain team at Nieuw-Vennep
- Coordinate collaboration between Supply Chain teams across Solina sites (NL/BE/CE) Act as the communication funnel for projects and processes between sites and departments (R&D, Procurement, Customer Service, etc.)
Inventory & Purchasing
- Optimize stock management: monitor rotation, consumption, and minimum stock levels
- Purchase goods and services in line with the purchasing policy and company quality standards Support the sales team with forecast input and EDI integration for customer orders
Data & ERP Management
- Ensure ERP data is regularly updated and accurate Continuously improve data quality and consistency within the system
Reporting & KPIs
- Create and manage dashboards for departmental performance, productivity, and cost tracking
- Submit monthly reports, including:
- OTIF (On Time In Full) percentage for KPI tracking P&L targets (waste control, stock coverage, transport costs)
Transport & Logistics
- Maintain and improve the transportation plan, including local rush orders
- Keep SLA agreements and transport price lists up to date, and inform Customer Service
- Check and approve transport invoices weekly Ensure proper pallet registration and communication towards IS and customers (CHEP/H1/Euro procedures)
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Supply Chain employees
- Propose investment projects to improve departmental operations
- Train and onboard new colleagues Document and maintain work instructions and standard processes
Crisis Management & Management Team
- Serve as Supply Chain expert during crisis situations Active member of the SITEX NV management team with ownership of KPIs, P&L, and CE/Nieuw-Vennep targets
