The Challenge

As our company continues to grow and evolve, the demands on our leadership team are increasing significantly. Our CEO’s time is often consumed by administrative tasks, email management, and meeting coordination, which detracts from their ability to focus on strategic initiatives and high-priority projects. By bringing this role on board, we can ensure that our leaders are freed up to concentrate on driving the company forward while maintaining seamless operational support.

Day in the Life of a Personal / Executive Assistant at GT Ecom

  • Manage and coordinate agendas, schedules, and meeting planning
  • Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the organization
  • Organize travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
  • Plan and coordinate events, both internal and external
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily operations
  • Assist management with strategic initiatives 
  • Support HR functions, including team coordination and employee engagement
  • Manage automation and technical projects to streamline workflows
  • Handle confidential tasks with discretion and professionalism


  • Success Driver for this role

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with team management, setting up automation processes to enhance operational efficiency, and handling small recurring tasks to support daily business functions and ensure seamless workflow.

  • Minimum of 1 year of industry experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage stress and maintain composure under pressure
  • Proactive attitude with a knack for multitasking
  • Proficient in technical and digital tools
  • Open to working in a hybrid setup at our office located at Betuwehaven 8, 3433 PV Nieuwegein, Netherlands.
  • Currently living in the Netherlands with a valid work visa, or able to work without relocation support.

    Overview of Our Interview Process

    1. Invitation to Test Gorilla Assessment - If you pass the resume screening, you will be invited to take a 20-minute written examination to help us assess your fitness to the role and our team. Please note that passing this stage is crucial to move forward in the hiring process.
    2. HR interview - Our Recruiter will reach out to you to discuss your skills, experience, and qualifications related to the role.
    3. Final Interview - Meet our CEO
    4. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
    5. Pre-Onboarding Process
      1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
      2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
    6. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
