Role and responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you'll provide high-level support and expertise across various departments, ensuring the smooth operation of projects, optimizing processes, facilitating communication between teams, and maximizing the effectiveness of our resources. You will independently generate insights and analytics, solving business questions through the creation of data solutions, dashboards, and visualizations that enable decision-making. As Expertise Support Officer, you’ll:
Analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve organizational operations
Prepare detailed reports, maintain records, and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Independently determine the right data solutions, conduct in-depth research, and analyze issues to report risks and opportunities for process improvements. Advise on methods and techniques to help the business operate more efficiently.
Support insight generation through comprehensive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations, enabling informed decision-making and strategic improvements.
Assisting Group Leads and Project Leads with various administrative tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
Develop impactful representations of data and insights through interactive visual interfaces and build narratives based on complex data to influence others.
Drive analytics scope of work for small-scale or medium-scale projects from a technical data point of view
Education and experience
To help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you’ll need experience working on High Tech products and with complex processes. As Expertise Support Officer, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience in working with data analysis tools and techniques or an equivalent level
Knowledge of modeling, automation, visualization & transformation
Essential soft skills include excellent communication abilities, problem-solving aptitude, strong organizational skills, and the capacity for strategic thinking and collaboration
