The company’s first product, the OrganOx metra® normothermic machine perfusion (NMP) system for liver transplantation, has been used to support more than 5,000 liver transplant operations globally. As part of our ongoing, global expansion, we seek a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands.

Position Summary

The Field Services Engineer will be primarily responsible for the on-site maintenance of complex electro-mechanical medical devices designed for organ preservation placed within Europe.  The post holder will be based in Netherlands, with easy access to OrganOx Maintenance Centre and warehouse in Amsterdam.

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the postholder will be responsible for providing technical support for OrganOx retained units placed in Europe and held in OrganOx Maintenance Centre/ warehouse in Amsterdam, ensuring that product reliability, quality and availability are maintained.  The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for completing all documentation relevant to installation, service, repair and rework in compliance with GMP Documentation and Records.

This is a remote position in the Netherlands (Amsterdam) with regular travel across Europe.
