Job Description
We are seeking a Global Customer Care Coordinator to support our Metals Commodities product line within the Natural Resources division. This role is pivotal in managing the order-to-invoice process and coordinating global operations for our international clients.
You’ll work closely with SGS affiliates worldwide to ensure seamless service delivery, accurate reporting, and timely invoicing, making a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate global product-line operations and client service delivery.
- Manage client enquiries regarding inspection and laboratory services.
- Liaise with SGS affiliates to track work progress and communicate updates.
- Analyze inspection data and review reports to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to inspection protocols and business policies.
- Oversee billing procedures and generate client invoices.
- Maintain job files in line with internal control systems.
- Support accounts receivable management in line with group policy.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- University degree in marine, technical, chemical, or commercial disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in back-office functions or client service delivery
- Strong understanding of Metals Commodities trade inspections.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), Outlook; familiarity with Oracle BOSS is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
- Solution oriented mindset
