"Growth Marketer ready to own the French and Belgian markets? Create smart campaigns, grow our brand, and turn strategy into results."
Over de functie
As a Growth Marketer, you’ll be driving commercial growth across our holiday destinations in Belgium and France. Your mission? Making sure our resorts get noticed — and booked — through smart marketing campaigns, local partnerships, and strong regional positioning. You go beyond just running promotions: you connect data, insights, and teams to create real impact.
You’ll be part of the Marketing team and work closely with colleagues across different countries. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager for the Netherlands, Belgium and France. While you're not managing a team directly, you are the go-to person for agencies and partners in your region.
Dit ga je doen
Your focus is clear: grow visibility and bookings in your region. You translate insights into regional strategies and launch powerful campaigns that reflect local dynamics. Whether you're entering a new market, scaling an existing one, or rolling out activations — you’re at the forefront of our commercial expansion.
Next to that, you're responsible for making sure the Landal brand is well known in Belgium and France
You're the link between local market knowledge and our broader brand goals. Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing regional marketing plans based on insights and tailored to each resort’s identity.
- Managing budgets and performance goals, setting clear OKRs, tracking results, and optimizing accordingly.
- Leading campaigns end-to-end — from briefing and planning to rollout and optimization — with internal teams and external partners.
- Onboarding new resorts, making sure they’re introduced smoothly into the market and aligned with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating internationally, sharing knowledge with teams across regions (like the UK or DACH) to scale what works.
You’ll work from our new office on Wibautstraat in Amsterdam. While hybrid work is possible, we value in-person collaboration — so we’d love for you to be on-site at least 3 days a week to brainstorm, co-create, and make things happen.
Dit ben jij
You’re curious, strategic, and growth-driven. You move easily between creative ideas and data-driven decisions, and you’re a strong communicator who can rally people behind a plan. You’re independent, but also love working across countries and disciplines. You keep an eye on the bigger picture, spot opportunities, and know how to turn marketing into real impact — not just on the numbers, but on the brand itself.
Here’s what you bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial marketing role, ideally in a consumer-facing or international environment.
- A track record of developing campaigns, building marketing strategies, and managing agencies or partners.
- Comfort with data and marketing tools, including OKRs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Ideally, you communicate fluently in French, Dutch, and English, both spoken and written.
