Why this role matters
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid marketing engine and support our lead generation goals.
This is a hands-on, metrics-driven role focused on running high-performing paid campaigns, keeping our ad creatives sharp, and delivering steady, cost-effective growth.
Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role offers significant growth potential and the chance to shape marketing strategy at a scaling company.
What will you do
Paid Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads to hit lead generation and CPA targets
SEO & Organic Growth: Drive SEO strategy and execution to build sustainable organic traffic
Conversion Optimization: Lead CRO initiatives across our marketing funnel to maximize conversion rates
Performance Analytics: Create comprehensive reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights on campaign performance
Cross-team Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure messaging alignment and optimize the entire customer journey
Partner with RevOps: tighten attribution in GA4, GTM, Hubspot
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
Strong experience running Paid Acquisition campaigns in B2B SaaS
Skilled in analytics, attribution, and performance reporting
Solid grasp of SEO best practices and experience implementing them
Comfortable with CRO testing and iterative conversion improvements
Proficient in the following tools:
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
GA4, GTM, Hotjar
SEMrush or a similar SEO tool
Nice-to-Haves
A growth mindset with resilience to test, fail, and learn fast
High attention to detail and strong ownership of performance metrics
Comfortable working autonomously in a scale-up environment
