You will be responsible for the execution of commercial, financial, and operational goals for these services. Everyone is welcome, and everything is possible! What You'll Do

Executing a concept and positioning it in the market |  Determine and approach the target group with value proposal | In collaboration with the Outlet Managers and the Director of Food and Beverage, apply menu engineering and determine sales prices | Leading the kitchen team of Main Kitchen, Events, In-Room Dining, Lounge, as well as the Stewarding team | Prepare culinary masterpieces in collaboration with the team | Inspire and guide kitchen staff | Achieving departmental objectives, including profitability | Ensuring professional working relationships, open communication | Recruiting, training and coaching staff | Optimizing the culinary possibilities | Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends | Share knowledge with the rest of the team | Being a true ambassador outside and inside the F&B outlets.

Who You Are

At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience within a comparable environment | Passionate about culinary excellence and creativity | A dynamic team player with strong leadership skills | Quick to adapt and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment  | Always smiling and armed with solutions for any challenge that comes your way Creative | Enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues | Entrepreneurial mindset | Fluent in Dutch and English | Good knowledge of French trade and menu terms | Positive, dynamic team player with strong attention to detail |  | Be able to motivate and develop employees | Eye for detail | You like to do things differently.

Nice to Have

Privately, you take the best care of all your friends and can turn any leftovers into a feast | Demonstrable experience in making the kitchen financially and operationally successful.
