Key Responsibilities
- Support and drive procedures, respective cost centres and allocation principles to track business line performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for each business line
- Oversee financial reporting and analysis
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide strategic financial insights to business leaders and management, partnering with Noventiq group and regional Finance teams
- Lead and develop the Finance team (both internal and external)
- Act as a strategic business partner to support operational and commercial objectives
Requirements
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACCA) preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial management experience
- Proven experience in a senior finance role
- Understanding of financial standards with the ability to read and interpret them according to company business requirements
Language Requirements
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (speaking and writing)
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple countries
Personal Skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong business partnership mindset
Working Arrangements
- Full-time position
- Location: Office in Nieuwegein, Netherlands
- Hybrid working available with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office
