Your Mission
As the Head of Process & Systems, you will play a vital role at the intersection of operational strategy and execution within Mercell. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Revenue Operations, you will drive the design, optimization, and governance of core processes and systems that underpin Mercell’s go-to-market and revenue-generating functions.
This is a cross-functional leadership role focused on transforming operational workflows, driving scalable system architecture, and championing a data- and process-driven culture to support our growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and IT to ensure alignment, consistency, and efficiency across the commercial stack
About the Role
You will be responsible for architecting and continuously improving the systems and processes that power our commercial engine, from CRM and CPQ workflows to post-sales operations and reporting infrastructure. Success in this role requires balancing long-term strategic planning with the precision and focus to manage day-to-day operations across a fast-growing SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Governance
Develop, document, and optimize end-to-end processes across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Revenue Operations.
Own and evolve the commercial & revenue process architecture to ensure compliance, scalability and alignment with business goals.
Establish a robust framework for continuous improvement, change management and stakeholder alignment.
Systems Ownership & Integration
Lead the administration and strategic evolution of key systems such as Hubspot (CRM), MonetizeNow (CPQ), Netsuite (ERP), Snowflake/Tableau (BI), and other critical GTM tools.
Define system requirements, support cross-functional implementations and maintain data integrity across platforms.
Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations and efficient automation across the tech stack.
Collaboration & Strategic Planning
Translate business needs into system enhancements and process improvements.
Act as a key partner to Sales, Finance, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing to ensure cross-functional process alignment.
Contribute to strategic initiatives including forecasting, revenue planning, and commercial system scalability.
Serve as a bridge between commercial teams and technical teams, translating business priorities into functional execution.

Required Qualifications
Ideally 5+ years of experience in Process Excellence, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Management Consulting with operational focus.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing process and system improvements.
Strong proficiency in CRM, CPQ, ERP, and BI systems (e.g., Hubspot, MonetizeNow, Snowflake/Tableau).
Demonstrated track record of improving commercial processes in a fast-paced SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a B2B SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue model.
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process methodologies.
Experience with integration projects or managing system migrations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
