This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a direct reporting line to the Chief Digital Officer. You’ll work alongside Product, Engineering, UX, and Business stakeholders to turn strategy into action — ensuring that initiatives like ExpereoOne, supplier automation, and lead-to-live digitization deliver measurable outcomes, on time and at scale.
What You’ll Own
As Head of Program Management, you’ll be the execution partner to our Single-Threaded Owners (STOs) — helping turn strategic intent into operational reality. You’ll drive delivery of major cross-functional initiatives, run our core planning cadences, and ensure OKRs are set, tracked, and used to steer execution and decision-making.
You will:
- Own and coordinate strategic programs tied to business-critical outcomes — including digital customer journeys, internal platform modernization, and automation initiatives.
- Lead the quarterly and monthly planning cadences, ensuring teams are aligned, priorities are clear, and dependencies are identified early.
- Govern and evolve our OKR framework, ensuring that objectives are well-defined, tracked, and regularly reviewed at the org and team level.
- Connect the dots across product lines, platforms, and functions to surface risks, manage tradeoffs, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Provide clear, structured communication to leadership and stakeholders — turning complexity into clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end delivery of major digital programs across Product, Engineering, UX, and Business teams.
- Plan and facilitate quarterly planning, monthly product health reviews, and delivery check-ins.
- Maintain our OKR governance process, supporting STOs in setting goals, tracking progress, and surfacing misalignment or blockers.
- Build and maintain delivery artifacts such as integrated timelines, risk registers, and cross-team dependency maps.
- Support the CDO with executive program updates, business reviews, and strategic planning inputs.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, or Digital Transformation, ideally in SaaS, telecom, or infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives that cut across product, engineering, ops, and commercial teams.
- Experience running structured planning cadences and OKR processes at the team or org level.
- Strong communicator and facilitator — able to drive clarity, alignment, and action across senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working hands-on, solo, and at pace — this is a foundational role with high visibility and immediate impact.
