We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator, People Operations (HR Administrator) to own specific HR operations. In this critical role, you will manage the monthly payroll cycle, maintain employee data, and support various HR functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Dutch systems.
With at least four years of relevant HR experience and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, you will bring a structured approach to your work, effectively coordinating processes such as onboarding, contract maintenance, and compensation and benefits management. Your strong professional skills and service-oriented mindset will be essential in collaborating with internal and external partners.
YOUR TASKS
- Manage the monthly payroll cycle in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain employee data across our HR systems (Success Factors), including onboarding, offboarding, leave, and sickness administration (in line with Wet verbetering Poortwachter).
- Handle contract maintenance, employment verifications, and assist the HR Manager with our annual processes such as salary reviews and bonuses reviews.
- Coordinate visa and work permit applications and manage 30% ruling submissions in compliance with Dutch regulations.
- Liaise with UWV, IND, Arbo-dienst, and pension providers to update and manage employee benefits, absence processes and all related applications and data accuracy on these.
- Support structured onboarding for new hires and ensure proper administration throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain reliable data for audits, payroll, and internal tracking.
- Contribute to HR projects that align with your strengths and interests in particular those in connection with Rewards Management.
YOUR PROFILE
- At least 4 years of relevant HR experience in a similar operational role within the Netherlands.
- Strong working knowledge of Dutch HR systems, payroll practices, benefits, and related systems (e.g., UWV, Arbodienst, pensions, and the 30% ruling).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including tools like pivot tables, XLOOKUP, IF statements, and data validation.
- High attention to detail, a structured work style, and the ability to maintain data accuracy under tight deadlines.
- A service-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage.
