Position Summary:
The Senior HR Business Partner, EMEA is a key partner to leaders across the region, helping to shape and deliver people initiatives that enable business growth and employee success. This role combines hands-on HR support with strategic partnership, ensuring Vistar’s global people programs are adapted to meet local needs while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
The Senior HRBP, EMEA will support a broad range of HR areas, including employee engagement, performance management, talent development, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong HR expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for building scalable solutions that enhance the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Partner with EMEA leaders to provide guidance on organizational design, workplace planning, and leadership effectiveness.
Translate business objectives into actionable people plans that promote engagement, retention, and development.
Collaborate with the EMEA recruiter to support regional hiring needs, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and onboarding experience.
Coach managers on performance management, feedback conversations, and employee development.
Support talent development and succession planning by partnering with leaders to identify and grow high-potential employees.
Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters in EMEA, conducting investigations and ensuring fair, compliant resolution.
Manage HR processes in the region, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits, immigration, and policy administration.
Partner with payroll vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate and compliant HR operations.
Help adapt and roll out global HR initiatives, such as learning programs, spotlight series, and culture initiatives.
Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, while contributing to ad-hoc People Ops projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of progressive HR experience with experience in business partnership, employee relations, and regional HR operations.
Solid understanding of EMEA labor laws and HR compliance
Proven ability to balance strategic guidance with hands-on HR support.
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
HR experience working in ad-tech preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
