Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HR specialists and generalists operating across various European jurisdictions
- Define team goals aligned with departmental objectives and take necessary steps to achieve them
- Manage and improve daily HR administration by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions
- Ensure high quality, customer-focused handling of all HR requests and changes, including meeting payroll-related deadlines
- Keep procedures and checklists up to date and compliant with relevant regulations and quality standards
- Assign work areas and tasks efficiently, while monitoring both individual and team performance
Within Applied Medical the title of this position is Team Leader TMR Operations, reporting to the Manager Compensation & Benefits Europe.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership or people management role
- Solid background in HR, with experience in HRIS implementation (e.g., Workday, SAP) preferred
- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
- Solid understanding of Dutch labor laws and employment practices
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Permanent contract

- This is a mainly on-site role
