Position:
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate (m/f/d) who is ready for a new challenge to join our team in the Customer Service Import Documentation department. This is a junior-level position, ideal for candidates at the start of their career or with up to 2 years of experience in logistics or documentation.
Tasks:
- Processing incoming manifests
- Invoicing
- Exempting freight charges
- Coordinating and monitoring customs inspections
- Daily contact with customers
- Processing manifest corrections
- Coordinating domestic transport
Job requirements:
- Completed MBO and/or Cargadoor I / II training and/or HAVO.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
- Previous experience (0–2 years) in a similar role is an advantage.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Adaptable and open to learning.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
