As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring compliance with our client’s agreements. You will engage with clients through structured multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, social media), handling high volumes of interactions daily (80+). Your focus will be on generating qualified leads, reconciling orders, and identifying upsell opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute outreach to predefined clients and prospects, producing qualified leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure compliance with agreement terms, including zero usage orders.
Review and understand customer licensing positions, original commitments, and reserved licenses.
Research customer industries, company sizes, and trends to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Discuss added-value products and offerings, such as technical evaluations and trials.
Accurately submit orders into designated tools and forecast them effectively.

Excellent client service and communication skills.
Adherence to Information Security policies and processes.
