Internship - PR & Influencer Marketing - EMEA

About the Role:

Join our passionate team and immerse yourself in the world of JBL, an iconic brand at the forefront of audio innovation, as we are looking for an intern to support the team for the EMEA region. Being a part of the European PR and Influencer Marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience in public relations, influencer marketing, and internal communications.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in PR and influencer marketing, setting the stage for your career.

What You Will Do:

General tasks:

• Content development and copywriting in English.
• Review and translation of communication pieces.
• Create presentation slides, reporting, and email communications with an appealing yet adequate, informative layout.
• Bring in your thoughts/ideas on how to communicate with our different target groups.

Support external communication:

• Contribute to PR campaign execution by taking over smaller tasks within the project.
• Contribute to Influencer campaign execution.
• Support with reporting on PR and influencer campaigns.
• Support European PR agency coordination by updating PR trackers and newsrooms.
• Event and tradeshow support.
• Product samples for media.
• Support with tracking of product reviews/ coverage.
• Samples order management/ samples budget tracking.

Support internal communication:

• Content development for internal communication projects.
• Support internal web-based collaborative platform by updating SharePoint.

What You Need to be successfull:

• Bachelor or Master student of communication sciences or marketing with a focus on communication/marketing.
• Good to very good English skills in spoken and written.
• Routine handling of MS-Office applications (particularly Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel).
• Independent, structured, and proactive way of working.
• To be interested in the consumer electronics industry and gaming industry.
• Ability to work 36 to 40 hours a week.
• Available from February 2025 onwards for 6 months.
• Willingness to work from the Amsterdam office.
