Investor Relations and Communications Assistant
who thrives in an international environment and is ready to make impact
In this position, you will closely support the Investor Relations Officer and occasionally the Board of Management. Your main focus is preparing and refining key materials such as reports, press releases, presentations and official external and internal communications. You play a vital role in ensuring our investor communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with our company tone and values.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and press releases, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate messaging.
- Draft and proofread investor-facing documents and communications in perfect English, maintaining a professional and consistent tone of voice.
- Maintain and update the investor relations database and mailing lists, ensuring data accuracy and proper segmentation for effective communication.
- Support the organisation of investor meetings, roadshows, and events, including logistics, scheduling, and briefing materials.
- Manage the agenda of the IR Officer and coordinate timely, accurate responses to analyst and investor queries.
- Assist in the preparation of Q&A materials for the Board of Management, supporting executive readiness and message consistency.
- Create and coordinate content for corporate social media platforms and monitor/maintain these platforms, to communicate key updates, engage stakeholders, and reinforce the company’s visibility and positioning.
What you bring
- Native English speaker with excellent command of Dutch (or native-level Dutch).
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Comfortable in communicating effectively internally and externally through various (social media) platforms,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and passion for communication.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- A genuine interest in real estate and/or finance.
Very nice to have
- Experience in investor relations, PR, publishing and communications
- Familiarity with financial statements and basic finance/accounting principles
- Experience in international or fast-paced work environments
